These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Prompt to Lovable ("Service," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Prompt to Lovable is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps users create comprehensive, AI-assisted prompts for Lovable.dev. The Service includes:

  • Multi-step prompt builder with 8 expert AI agents
  • Professional project templates
  • Unlimited prompt generation
  • Prompt history and management
  • File upload capabilities

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

Pricing

The Service is offered as a monthly subscription at $20 per month. Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • Payment is processed via Stripe at the start of each billing cycle
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Free Trial

We do not offer a free trial. Full payment is required upon signup.

Refund Policy

No Refund Policy

We operate on a no-refund policy. All subscription payments are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings with no questions asked and no penalties.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your account and data will be deleted 30 days after cancellation
  • No refunds will be issued for partial months

5. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Resell, duplicate, or exploit the Service without permission
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or generate using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.

Generated Prompts

Prompts generated using our Service are your property. You may use them freely for personal or commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Merchantability
  • Non-infringement
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Security or accuracy of data

We do not guarantee that prompts generated will produce specific results in Lovable.dev or any other platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT LIMITATION

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
  • Damages exceeding the amount you paid in the last 12 months ($240 maximum)

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment
  • Any reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
